It looks like Harris Teeter will be starting the year off right with Super Doubles. They will double any coupon up to $1.98. Make sure you read their Coupon Policy before heading to the store. They will only double 3 insert coupons and 2 internet printables per item per visit. All other coupons will be honored at face value.
